# How to Connect Stripe

**How to Connect Your Stripe Account to Staysignal**

Connecting your Stripe account to Staysignal allows you to automate retention offers and recover lost revenue. Follow the steps below to securely connect your account.

#### Step-by-Step Guide

1. **Log in to Stripe**
   * Go to your [Stripe dashboard](https://dashboard.stripe.com/apikeys) and navigate to the [**Developers** ](https://dashboard.stripe.com/apikeys)section.
2. **Copy Your Publishable Key**
   * In the API Keys section, locate your **Publishable Key** and copy it.
3. **Create a Secret Key**
   * Click **Create secret key** and select **Providing this key to another website** when prompted.
4. **Add Staysignal as a Third Party**
   * Enter a name of your choice for the key.
   * In the third-party URL field, enter: **<https://www.staysignal.com>**
5. **Generate the Key**
   * Click **Create key**, and your new secret key will be generated.
6. **Paste Your Key in Staysignal**
   * Copy the secret key and paste it into the Stripe connection field in Staysignal.
   * Click **Continue** to finalize the setup.

**That's it!** Your Stripe account is now securely connected, and Staysignal can help automate retention efforts without making any changes to your transactions or billing.
