Staysignal allows you to customize your widget follow-ups to maximize customer retention. You can configure the exit survey flow, define cancellation reasons, and set up targeted retention offers based on customer responses.
Navigate to .
Select the cancellation reason and follow-up you want to customize.
Define the list of cancellation reasons users can choose from.
Add follow-up questions to gather deeper insights into why users are canceling.
Once users select a cancellation reason, you can present them with a retention offer to encourage them to stay. You can configure:
1. Discount Offers
Percentage-based: X% off for a set number of months.
Flat fee discount: A specific amount off for a set period.
One-time or lifetime discount: Apply a discount once or indefinitely.
2. Support Offers
Offer a one-on-one meeting to resolve user concerns.
Provide a support call for assistance.
Send a follow-up email with additional information or alternative solutions.
Review your settings and click Save Changes.
The widget will now display your configured exit survey flow and retention offers.
Test the widget behavior to ensure smooth operation, then monitor feedback and iterate on your follow-up strategies to optimize retention.
